ETI provides on-going technical support, and our experienced staff is dedicated to meet the needs of our customers and their clients. We offer value-added services including product application guidance, consulting services, customized and cost-effective water treatment solutions, in-house and hands-on field service assistance, as well as training.

Our technical support team has a broad background in all areas of heavy industrial, light industrial, commercial and institutional water treatment. We will help troubleshoot and find solutions for difficult-to-treat applications. We offer cooling and boiler treatments, biocides, potable and process water additives, VpCI lay-up treatments, membrane treatments, and wastewater treatments. More importantly, we offer the know how to guide proper application.
